Purchasing through our website requires a credit card or debit card.  Visa, Mastercard or Amex.  You will be able to checkout using your Paypal account or a Credit Card.  A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase.

If your order history has not changed to “info processed” then you can request a cancellation of your order and we will issue a credit for the amount less a 10% processing fee up to and no greater than $45.  After your order has been processed for print, it can not longer be stopped.  There are no refunds.

Turnaround times are within 1-2 business days up to 7-9 depending on order and are estimated and not guaranteed.  Although most orders are completed within estimated turnarounds, you should plan your order with a cushion of time in case there is a problem.  There are no refunds.

Pickup Order

Pickup is available for free.  When you place your order, you will be prompted to pay for shipping.  This shipping is refunded when you come in to pickup the order.

Deliver Order

Delivery is available at the same cost as UPS ground shipping.  If your delivery location is within 4 miles of 91755 zip code, we can deliver the same day or next when the order is completed.  Delivery locations more than 4 miles away can be arranged for $3 extra per mile.

The answer is both yes and mostly no.  Yes, if we are designing a website for you.  No, if you are purchasing anything else other than a website.

Product turnaround times and shipping time is separate.  Choosing a next day air shipment will not make the order print faster, it just speeds up the shipping service when the order is completed.  Example: a 3 day print and shipping to New York would be about 6-7 business days total if you chose UPS ground.
