Business Envelopes – also known as #10 envelopes are printed on 1 side in full color and are usually used together with 8.5 x 11 letterheads and invoices folded down to fit inside.  Envelope printing is the same as regular printing.  These envelopes are printed flat and then cut and converted.  The 70lb text weight is a nice heavy stock that is just a step thicker than the normal envelopes.  We recommend not designing with elements that stop at the top edge where the flap folds over.  Since the envelopes are converted after they are printed, it is very difficult to get the edges to meet up precisely with the folds.  Our 9.5×4.125 Envelopes can be added to any order that matches the size you need.

Our envelopes can also be ordered with a left side address window.  You can select it in the drop down menu.

Perfect for matching up with our letterhead product.  Printing is done in full color full bleed.  When designing for the envelopes, be sure to have more shifting room than normal.  Printing is fairly precise, but the die cutting can move a bit up and down, left and right. If you have a colored flap as in our product image, make sure you bleed the color at least 1/4 inch over the edge.  Business envelopes don’t have to be all white, you can print these any color you want.
